These shoes are awesome!!!! Great fit-a little better quality than my UGG's and the fit is def snugger-more of a true to size than wider like UGG-LOVE THE TASSELS-great style-bring it OLD MAN WINTER!!!! LOL

Terrible Customer Service from Koolaburra

I liked these boots but the back is pretty thin. So thin the back wore away quickly and dye continually transfers through my socks and onto my foot. After wearing, my heel would be orange/brown. Koolaburra at first said they would replace them as they have a 1 year warranty for defects, but their customer service / warranty center seemed to be very disorganized. I was told to fill out a form and include a specific number on the package when returning. Koolaburra didn't send the number I needed so I e-mailed them back. Someone else from customer service then said they wouldn't replace the boots because the warranty didn't cover dye transfers. The problem I wanted corrected wasn't the dye transfer to my foot (which is probably poisonous when continually transferring to skin), but rather have them replaced because they back of the boots wore away so quickly which then in turn caused dye to transfer to my feet. Koolaburra does not honor their one-year warranty and stops responding to your emails if they don't feel like correcting problems with their own products. These boots are fun, but not as high quality as the price would suggest. They are thin boots with hardly any shearling lining.
